• Remove SIM card and check SIM card has any scratches or damages.
• Insert SIM card in different phone and check its working.
• With SIM card inserted, try to turn on/off your XP5 by holding power key and
after it’s completely powered off press Power key to restart and check whether
the issue is resolved.
• Restore the device back to factory settings by going to: Menu > Setting > factory
reset > reset phone > select erase everything.
• Before you perform this operation make sure you backup all contacts, videos,
photos to a computer or cloud drive.
• After your XP5 reboots, check whether SIM card is recognizing on your
phone.

debris.
• Disconnect USB cable from computer and your device.
• Restart both your computer and your device.
• After your computer boot-up, connect XP5 through USB cable to your computer.
If your computer has more than one USB port, try connecting to different USB
port.
• In USB notification select Media device(MTP) and make sure get Auto Play pop-
up on your compute screen.
• Make sure your device driver is successfully installed. If it shows driver installation
failed, uncheck MTP. CD Drive USB Driver pops up on your computer screen.
• Click on open folder and view files > double click Setup.exe to install driver.
• Remove USB and reinsert it again

What it is and how its happens?
Mostly its happens while turning on the device by accidentally press and hold the power key and volume down key simultaneously for 3-5 seconds and device will turn to flashing mode with single vibration on the device the flashing mode is also know as download mode.
How to get out of the flashing mode :
You will find setting image on your screen if your phone is in flashing mode to get out of this screen follow these instructions.
• Press and hold power key and volume down key simultaneously for 10 to 15
seconds until your phone vibrates. After vibration, your phone will restart.
• Data from your phone will not be erased.
