Troubleshoot

Unable to transfer the files from XP5 via Bluetooth to other device and vice versa

  Possible causes for this issue:

• Bluetooth visibility set only to paired devices or visibility set off
• Memory full
  Troubleshooting:

• Try to connect new phone, headset to your XP5 by following these  settings,
Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Bluetooth > Turn on. After
turning on your Bluetooth, select XP5700 to set visibility to Visible to all nearly
devices (1:59)’ and Scan for new devices.
If your pairing device name appears on available devices, select the device
name and select Pair on other device screen and check whether pairing code
matches so that your phone will be paired to other device (Pairing device must be
  kept as visible).
• If unable to send any media files through Bluetooth, make sure that  you have
enough space on paired device. If no space is available, try to clear some storage
  space on paired device.

•  Unable to send any files to paired device, turn your Bluetooth Off/On and
   search again.
•  If still having any issue, go to Menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks >
Bluetooth and you can find paired device name in PAIRED DEVICES. Unpair to
release that device then try again to pair and check if it works.
•  If issue still persists, try to reboot your phone.
•  If you are still having issues, contact Sonim Support.
