Possible causes of this issue:

• SIM card may not be activated
• SIM card may not be inserted properly or damaged
• Phone locked to specific network
• Hardware issue with phone

Troubleshooting:

• Remove SIM card and check SIM card has any scratches or damages.
• Insert SIM card in different phone and check its working.
• With SIM card inserted, try to turn on/off your XP6 by holding Power key andtouch Power off and after it’s completely powered off. Press Power key to restart and check whether the issue is resolved.
• Restore the device back to factory settings by going to
• Menu > Settings > Personal > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > tap reset phone. Before you perform this operation make sure you backup all contacts, videos, photos to a computer or cloud drive. After your XP6 reboots, check whether SIM card is recognizing on your phone.

Possible causes for this issue:
• Malfunctioning USB cable
• USB port of your computer might be faulty
• Device software malfunction

Troubleshooting:

•  Make sure the connectors on the phone are clean and free of damage and debris.
•  Disconnect USB cable from computer and your device.
•  Restart both your computer and your device.
•  After your computer boot-up, connect XP6 through USB cable to your computer.   If your computer has more than one USB port, try connecting to different USB port. 
•  Drag down notification bar from top of your phone screen and select Media device (MTP) and make sure get Auto Play pop-up on your computer screen.
•  Make sure your device driver is successfully installed. If it shows driver Installation failed, Uncheck MTP. CD Drive USB Driver pops up on your  Computer screen. Click on Open folder and view files > Double     Click Setup.exe to install driver. Remove USB and reinsert it again
•  If issue persists, restore the device back to Factory settings.

What it is and how its happens?

Mostly its happens while turning on the device by accidentally press and hold the power key and volume down key simultaneously
For 3-5 seconds and device will turn to flashing mode with single vibration on the device. the flashing mode is also know as
download mode,  penguin mode.


How to get out of the penguin mode:

You will find Penguin image on your screen if your phone is in penguin mode to get out of this screen follow these instructions.

•  Press and hold Power key for at least 15 seconds until your phone
   vibrates. After vibration, your phone will restart.
•  Data from your phone will not be erased if you perform this steps.
