Camera not getting launched?

Possible causes for this issue:
Camera malfunction
No enough space in memory
Third party camera applications
Troubleshooting:
Restart your device by press and holding power key. Check whether the issue has been resolved after restarting.
More often, camera failures are caused by corrupt cache and data, which you need to clear by following these options:
Menu > Settings > Apps > All apps > Camera > tap clear cache
Menu > Settings > Apps > All apps > Camera > > clear data > tap Ok.
 
If this issue still persists, clear gallery Cache & Data by following these options:
Menu > Settings > Apps > All apps > Gallery > tap clear cache
Menu > Settings > Apps > All apps > Gallery > > clear data > tap Ok.


If this issue still persists, try uninstalling any third party camera applications that you have downloaded to the phone. 
 
If this issue still persists, try to reset the device back to default factory setting by factory resetting your device by following this options, Menu > Settings > Personal > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Tap reset phone. Factory resetting your phone can solve this issue, back up all your contacts, messages, photos, videos etc and factory reset the phone.
